Kitchen Themed Bridal Shower Cookies

A sweet lady contacted me to make some custom cookies for a kitchen themed bridal shower she was throwing.

I was already slammed with orders, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to do something new.

And boy, was I glad I didn't.

I had to much fun creating these. I hope I get to make these adorable cookies again sometime.

I still can't believe people hire me to do this.

White, Black and Red Wedding Cake

I made my first wedding cake a few weeks ago. The bride, Christy, was a dream to work with. Was the design difficult? Nope. But the fact that the cake was for a wedding really stressed me out.

Overall, I was really happy with the way it turned out.

I said it was going to be my first and least wedding cake b/c of the stress, but I've been encouraged to rethink that! We'll see!
